Designation :International Sales Manager

Job Description:Rian is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to drive our International Sales efforts for Europe, USA and Asia (except Japan) in the content localization industry. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to engage and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way in order to help them take their digital journey to new regions. The Sales Manager will be responsible in the future for building leading an experienced team of Sales Associates, most of whom have worked for the company for 3+ years. Roles and Responsibilities
• Drive and Meet Sales aligned to Rians global growth plans.
• Prepare monthly reports and provide and effective recap of previous period performance and review same. Develop and implement an operational plan for reservation and provide forecast to executive management.
• Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for product / market / geographic strategies.
• Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main key accounts and strategic partners of company on customer side as well as internally.Coordinate with marketing team to determine international marketing application and ensure compliance with company’s rule.
• Analyze and identify partners solution in geographic market based on target strategy.
• Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives.
• Design sales contacts for all vertical markets. Maintain efficient relationship with all international customers. Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.
• Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 4 to 6 years’ B2B solution sales experience in the Language / Content Localization industry.
• Understands industry applications in various markets like Media, eLearning, BFSI and more.
• 2+ years in mid leadership sales position. Track record of superior performance metrics
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills. Value Selling skills essential.
• Strong decision-making abilities
• Understanding of market and industry domains is essential.
